Under the title “From product to spreadsheet: IXOU’s rational madness,” Nicolás explored some of the lessons, decisions and challenges that have shaped IXOU’s growth from the beginning.
How do you balance creating a great product with making the numbers work? How much of development is analysis, and how much is intuition? How do you build a long-term vision in a business where it can take years to know whether a decision was the right one?
It was a conversation about real estate development, architecture, risk and business vision, grounded in IXOU’s experience in the Uruguayan market.
