IXOU Promotes a mixed urban ecosystem of more than 45.000 m² and near of USD 60 million investment in the Centre of Montevideo.
Brusco is one of the most ambitious projects of IXOU in the Centre of Montevideo. Situated beside the Market of the Abundance and the Intendencia, occupies an apple of enormous historical value and proposes to renew the zone by means of an urban intervention of big scale.
The project gathers more than 45.000 m² and a near investment to the USD 60 millions. It organises in three architectural pieces that will transform the apple comprised among Saint José, Ejido, Soriano and Achilles Launches in a residential pole, corporate, commercial and gastronomic.
One of the towers will be allocated exclusively to offices. His ten floors will combine design, technology and sustentabilidad with international standards and certification READ Platinum. The others two towers will be residential and will add 172 units, from monoambientes of more than 40 m² until apartments of one and two bedrooms.
The proposal complete with a public walk in low plant, gastronomic venues and able services to generate activity during all day. The intention is to create a mixed urban ecosystem, more efficient and sustainable, that connect the private life with the dynamics of the city.
Brusco deepens the work that IXOU comes making in the zone through Alma Sur, Alma Brava, Alma Corso, Alma Duç and Alma ET. The aim is to recover the vitality of the Centre, incorporate architecture of quality and generate value for the surroundings.
