Secrets of a megaobra of 45.000 square metres: a centre inside the Centre
Brusco concentrates three towers, 172 houses, offices, gastronomy, welfare and a public square in an alone apple.
In the apple delimited by Ejido, Saint José, Achilles Launches and Soriano, BRUSCO proposes much more that a new complex edilicio. The project insignia of IXOU looks for revitalizar a strategic zone of the Centre by means of a combination of house, offices, gastronomy and public space.
The most innovative characteristic is his open relation with the city. The low plant allocates around 1.200 m² to a public square and a cross peatonal that will connect the streets of the apple. This walk will be the heart of the complex and will gather six gastronomic proposals of the Group Opener, in addition to cultural and artistic activities.
The ecosystem includes a tower of offices on Ejido, two residential towers with 172 apartments of one, two bedrooms and monoambientes, parking of public access and a gymnasium Smart Fit of 1.000 m². The mix of uses looks for to maintain movement to distinct hours and resolve in a same good apple part of the needs of the daily life.
The design is to charge of an international squad headed by Mathias Klotz and Edgardo Minond. The façade of inspiration brutalista uses the concrete like protagonist, whereas the interiors prioritise the light, the wide surfaces, the functionality and terminations of tall quality.
Brusco collects the experience of IXOU in Neighbourhood South, where the company promoted a process of regeneration through five edifices. In the Centre, this vision purchases a new scale to create a meeting point and establish a different standard of urban quality.
